Orders are accepted in good faith with payment made through paypal - you do not need to have a paypal account to make payment - you can use your credit card straight away. Paypal offers protection from abuse for both you, the customer and ourselves as the seller and you can be sure that your transaction is 100% secure.

You should note, though, that there are now many spammers on the internet who will try to get you to reveal details of accounts you may have with banks, or service providers like paypal. Neither they, or we, will EVER ask you to reveal account details or passwords by sending you an email - always look at the bottom of your screen to see the address that any link will take you to - remember that www.somethingorother.paypal.com is a scam and not the real thing and addresses that give only numbers (eg 192.163.3.34) are spam too, as is an odd looking domain extension, like .ru

Orders will be despatched as soon as your payment has been verified. Allow 28 days for delivery.

Returns
Both originals and prints may, in the event that you are not satisfied, be returned for a full refund, excluding return postage costs, which will be at your own expense. If you wish to return a consignment, however, you MUST obtain a returns authorisation number by emailing us through this link, giving details of the consignment and the reason you wish to return it. Your payment method will be credited once we have safe receipt of the item(s). Again, allow up to 28 days for the process to complete.

Post and Packing and other charges
All prices on this website are inclusive of post and packing and any other charges applicable at point of despatch. Normally, prints and originals can be sent through the customs of your destination country without incurring any import charges, but if they do, we will not be responsible for any such charges, though we will do everything possible to try to minimise any charge you may incur and if we know of a potential problem in your particular country, we will advise you in advance.

Copyright
The copyright and intellectual property rights in both original paintings and limited edition prints always remains with the artist. You may not reproduce any image in any form without clear written permission. Specifically, your ownership of any original work is simply that - title to the original work - it does not entitle you to reproduce prints of the original work either for sale or as gifts in any form whatever including digital media.

Disputes
We reserve the right to make further investigations before refunding if we suspect abuse, either of copyright or of the payment process itself, or if we suspect that any advice of non delivery is suspicious, and if we have reasonable grounds, to use the dispute resolution procedures of paypal to make a decision, which we undertake to honour. By ordering, you explicitly accept that in these circumstances you will also honour any decision made by paypal
